We are looking for a Fulfillment Support Specialist to join our team in the commercial food equipment industry. This role supports our order fulfillment and shipping processes, including dispatch coordination, and filing FedEx claims. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn other areas of the business through cross-training opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
  • Prior experience in fulfillment, dispatching, or shipping operations preferred
  • Familiarity with Reconex Transportation Management System
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily order dispatches to ensure on time delivery
  • File and track shipping claims, including FedEx, through resolution
  • Maintain accurate shipment and claims records
  • Support communication between sales, customer service, and operations
  • Assist with problem solving and process improvements
  • Utilize Reconex and other systems for fulfillment tracking
  • Provide operational support across departments as needed
