Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a Sr Operation In-Charge – Fulfillment & Delivery for e&'s Logistics & Delivery Division, based in Dubai, UAE. Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will own end-to-end logistics operations across inbound/outbound transport, warehousing, last-mile delivery, distribution, and customer service. You will lead a team of 30–80 people (supervisors, drivers, riders, warehouse staff) and be accountable for the operational KPIs that keep e&'s customers connected — on-time delivery, fill rate, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, cost-to-serve, and inventory accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Lead and oversee all logistics operations — inbound/outbound transportation,

warehouse management, last-mile delivery, distribution & customer service

• Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to optimize

logistics operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs

• Manage transportation services: negotiate carrier contracts, select carriers,

optimize routes to minimize transit times and costs

• Oversee warehouse operations: inventory management, storage, picking, packing,

shipping, and order fulfillment

• Monitor inventory levels, prevent stockouts, optimize inventory turnover
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to coordinate

logistics activities

• Establish and maintain relationships with carriers, vendors, and 3PL partners
• Own operational KPIs: OTIF, fill rate, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction
• Supervise operational teams: drivers, riders, warehouse staff, and 3PL partners
• Analyze operational data, prepare reports, identify performance gaps
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, productivity, and

customer experience

• Lead inventory planning, stock forecasting, replenishment, and annual stock-take
• Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service recovery actions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company

policies

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to logistics team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Logistics (Last-Mile Delivery & Warehouse)

Management & Fleet Management in large reputable organizations

• Strong leadership and management skills — ability to motivate and develop a

high-performing team

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, transportation modes, and supply

chain management principles

• Proficiency in logistics management systems (WMS, TMS, ERP)
• Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing

priorities

• Valid UAE driving license
