You are… Able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation, including: Key Responsibilities: Feed sealing machine with meals, catch & put sleeves (labels) into the sealed meals, palletize completed meals into bins, fix labels, add qty meals into the system, re-stock meals into the warehouse, storage pallets into different locations. Pick meals associated into the tickets, handle ICE to be used for orders, scan meals that have been picked, pack meals into bags or boxes, remove empty bins from warehouse - palletize empty bins, scan & stow orders for dispatch, label and organize orders for shipment, ensuring they are correctly packaged and prepared for delivery. Assist in receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining an organized and clean storage area for easy access and inventory control, inspect products for quality and ensure all items meet company standards before shipping, assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and notifying supervisors of discrepancies or low stock levels. Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace based on SAFETY and 5S culture, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Other related responsibilities as needed. Must haves… 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States Able to work in cold environments (35° F to 41° F) Non-slip work shoes required Able to stand for extended periods Able to lift up to 50lb Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse work Nice to have… Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse work Forklift certification Food Handler Certification Basic technological knowledge (Email and Apps) Compensation All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
