What Your Day Looks Like: You'll be the backbone of our operation, making sure customers get what they need, when they need it. * Pick & Pack: Use scanners and team communication to accurately pull and prepare orders. * Ship Shape: Tag, wrap, and secure orders for shipment, by hand or with our Smart Wrapper. * Load & Go: Safely load trucks, ensuring all cargo is secure for delivery. * Stay Organized: Verify all documentation and help stock incoming freight to keep our warehouse running smoothly. * Gear Up: Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment. (Forklift/chariot certification is a bonus, but we're happy to train motivated candidates!) What It Takes to Succeed: * A reliable team player with a strong work ethic. * Good communication skills (read, write, and comprehend English). * Ready to learn and grow through on-the-job training. * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. * A High School Diploma or equivalent. * Physically able to handle the demands of a fast-paced warehouse environment, including lifting up to 35 lbs frequently and working in various temperatures.
