The Role:
The role is primarily focussed on one of the key personalisation disciplines of embroidery. You will report into the Fulfilment Manager, and play a vital role within the production team assisting with a wide variety of embroidery focused responsibilities, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

A Day in Your Life:

  • Mastering all aspects of embroidery and delivering beautifully personalised products consistently and efficiently.
  • Being hands-on and getting stuck in as part of a dynamic team, collaborating with others and offering creative solutions.
  • Impeccable eye for detail, focussed on perfecting tasks and bringing any potential errors within production to the attention of the management team.
  • Helping the team fulfil all gifting requirements, including keeping the workspace organised, neat and tidy in order for all day to day tasks to run smoothly.
  • This role is primarily focused on embroidery, but you will also support with gift wrapping, packing deliveries, and fulfil other personalisation tasks such as heat-press or monogramming.
  • This is a task-focused role that requires strong practical skills with an emphasis on efficiency and time management. The role demands a knack for remaining cool-headed under pressure, thriving within a team and owning independent tasks and learning. As well as being conscientious and detail oriented.
  • We require a high level finish and flawless attention to presentation as we maintain a very high level of standards for our clients and output.

Your Experience

  • Previous experience using embroidery machines such as Happy Japan and Brother Entrepreneur Pro models
  • Aptitude for sewing and hand embroidery
  • Knowledge of Wilcom embroidery software is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: London Living Wage (£13.85 per hour)
  • Days: Monday - Friday, with the option to flex up and work over the weekend during the busy Christmas period
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 32 hours per week, inclusive of a 30 minute unpaid lunch break, with the opportunity to flex up on a project basis
