We’re looking for a Fulfilment Assistant to join our team at our warehouse located in Park Royal, Northwest London from where we operate our online shop and from where we ship to our wholesale customers as well.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
• Experience of stock management a plus
• Strong attention to detail and working with deadlines
• Excel and database experience (any ERP experience a plus – from Netsuite to SAP or similar)
• A real team player: we all work together to make sure we have a smooth run of the warehouse day to day.
• Spoken and written English to a good standard.

In this role, you’ll oversee the online orders fulfilment process from batching according to shipping methods (including temperature-controlled items) through to dispatch, ensuring records in our system match physical movements. This includes managing shipping methods, performing stock takes and adjustments, and keeping inventory accurate. You will also support our fulfilment team with picking and packing of online orders.
