ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Fulfilment Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Bundaberg fulfilment centre. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a small team, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain efficient warehouse and delivery operations. You will play a key role in building a high-performing team and fostering a positive workplace culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the operations of the trade store, including warehouse, delivery, and customer service functions
• Build, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and excellence
• Oversee the safe and timely delivery of plasterboard and related materials to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory, including stock control, replenishment, and minimizing damage or loss
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
• Develop and implement efficient processes for order picking, packing, and delivery
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and achieve business goals
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency
• Drive a strong focus on workplace health and safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues and building strong relationships
