JOB SUMMARY:

As Fulfilment Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running and execution of our daily fulfilment objectives, across various teams; clinical, secretariat and enquiries and QA. Directly supporting the Contracts Co-ordinator. Ensuring the patient journey is as smooth as possible, directly resulting in great patient satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Competent and confident with computers but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Organisation skills and an ability to manage own workload
  • An ability to work on own initiative yet be a key part of a team
  • Be a natural problem solver
  • Positive outlook and an ability to work well under pressure
  • A desire to succeed within a KPI focussed environment working to realistic commercial objectives around patient retention levels is essential as is the ability to work autonomously if required
Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Releasing of appropriate assessment slots as made available by clinical leadership colleagues
  • Being the liaison point between senior secretaries and clinical colleagues ensuring clinical resource is utilised appropriately
  • Provide weekly data suites on any identified clinical time that may be utilised (as authorised by clinical leaders) to support fulfilment objectives
  • Provide data packs for the contracts co-ordinator to ensure reporting is robust at all times (data can be supported by data analyst role)
  • Helping support the Contracts Coordinator where possible and covering for annual leave and sickness
  • Managing the clinical absences inbox and ICB inbox
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clinicians
  • Be a part of the team that delivers the ADHD360 culture
