ABOUT THE ROLE

A hands-on role for someone eager to start or progress a career in fashion. Oct–Jan, you’ll run our upstairs fulfilment during peak times (Black Friday/Cyber Monday & Christmas). From February, warehouse workload averages 4–5 hours/day; the remaining time is ring-fenced for fashion operations—shadowing the owners and contributing to studio/brand projects within your chosen path.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (OCT–JAN FOCUS)

You’ll own the space; during October–December, a temporary seasonal worker will assist you in handling peak volumes.

• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time
• Receive deliveries, update stock/bin locations
• Keep the warehouse tidy, labelled and efficient
• Prep for launches
• Manage returns end-to-end: complete and process returns correctly, follow procedures and maintain quality standards
• Hit daily courier cut-offs and peak targets
