We’re looking for hard-working dog lovers (and animals) like you to join our manufacturing and fulfilment team in Blyth, Doncaster. In return for your tail-wagging dedication, we offer a competitive wage of £13.78 per hour plus a shift premium of 10% (£15.16 per hour).

Which is precisely why we have built one. Rudie’s Kitchen is the place where we lovingly cook our Butternut meals using only the finest human-quality ingredients. Rudie’s is also where we package our meals and box them for our customers all over the UK and beyond. We are a close nit team, with that family feel, looking to welcome more like minded people to our lovely team and keep work life fun and enjoyable.

• Be accountable for the timely fulfilment of high-quality customer orders
• Provide supervision and support to the fulfilment team in order to meet key operational metrics of quality, packing accuracy and packing rates
• Assist the Team Leader by monitoring & improving your teams performance in order to achieve growth and accuracy in a supportive environment
• Work in a safe way following all appropriate safety procedures by maintaining a tidy and hygienic working environment.
• Point of contact for Team Leader for regular performance review meetings
• Occasional attendance and contribution at daily review meetings
• Other general tasks waste processing, order packing etc.
• Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Work well with multiple functional teams including Engineering, Technical, Production and Warehousing.

A bit about you

• Previous experience as a line leader or area leader within the food manufacturing sector (preferred)
• Ability to read and communicate confidently in English
• Numerate (able to understand and work with numbers)
• Hard-working & diligent with a hunger to learn
• Flexible, pragmatic, resilient & humble
• Committed to food quality & safety
• Loves dogs (naturally)
