ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced and highly capable Fulfilment Operations Manager to lead and evolve our warehouse and fulfilment operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of all order fulfilment activities, driving performance, and optimising processes to scale with our growing demand. You’ll be leading a small team and working cross-functionally with supply chain, commercial, and customer service teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and knows how to build operational excellence from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own stock management, inventory accuracy, and real-time reporting using our ERP system (NetSuite).
• Lead and manage the daily operations of our warehouse and fulfilment functions.

Ensure all B2B and D2C orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

• Implement and refine standard operating procedures to support scale, efficiency, and quality.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
• Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing fulfilment team.
• Liaise with supply chain, logistics, and production to ensure seamless operations.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, errors, and process inefficiencies.
• Ensure health & safety, compliance, and company policies are met at all times.
