We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfilment Operative to join our growing warehouse team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every order is packed with care and accuracy, contributing directly to our customer satisfaction and operational success.
This role involves physical activity, precise order handling, and teamwork in a dynamic warehouse environment. If you’re hands-on, proactive, and take pride in doing things right the first time, we’d love to meet you.

• Order Picking & Packing:

Select, pack, and label customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards.

• Heavy Lifting:

Safely lift and handle parcels weighing up to 20kg, following proper manual handling procedures.

• Quality Control:

Perform final checks on all packed items to ensure accuracy and condition before dispatch.

• Inventory Checks:

Support stock control through regular cycle counts and immediate reporting of stock discrepancies or low inventory.

• Warehouse Systems Use:

Operate basic ecommerce/warehouse online systems to track order status, log stock movements, and update records.

• Shipping Support:

Assist with the organisation, labelling, and handover of outgoing shipments, and help with receiving and logging inbound goods.

• Workplace Hygiene:

Maintain a clean and tidy packing station and warehouse floor, observing all safety and hygiene protocols.

• Team Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with the team and supervisor to resolve issues and meet daily fulfilment targets.
