At Grandiose's Ecommerce Team, we are looking for Fulfilment Supervisor & Operations Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Leader the eCom operations and in the assigned stores 
• Provide Leadership to Area supervisors 
• Optimize the HD/eCom operations for the assigned store and maintain continues reporting of the floor operations performance 
• Resolve the day to day eCom operations issues 
• Assist the store managers of the assigned stores in the daily eCom operations 
• Report on operations performance, challenges and team members compliance 
• Coach and train store and HD staff on the various aggregators and eCom systems 
• Monitor the live performance of the assigned stores and take necessary action when needed 
• Work a SPOC for partners operations in the assigned stores 

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Experience & Skills:

• At least 2-4 Years of Marketplaces Experience 
• Experience managing eCom and the different aggregators systems
• Nature of Experience: Home Delivery / Retail Operations / eCom 
• eCom operations and fulfilment management experience
• Fluent in English is a must
