Description Sunset Senior Living in Quincy, IL has Part-Time Dietary Aide Openings: Hours: Part-Time 16-24 hours per week Shift Time: 3:30p-7:30p The Dietary Aide will assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring that residents receive nutritious, well-balanced meals in a clean and safe environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in meal preparation and ensure meals are served in a timely manner. Deliver food trays and assist residents with meals as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties. Take residents' dietary needs and preferences into consideration. Report any issues or concerns regarding residents' dietary needs to the Dietary Manager. Assist in inventory management and stock rotation. Other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager. Requirements Must have Food Handlers Certification or willing to obtain through us. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
