We believe every team member plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, and this position is key to maintaining the quality and consistency our guests expect. In our small, high-standard kitchen, you’ll prepare and execute menu items with care—chopping, cutting, sautéing, grilling, roasting, and plating dishes to recipe and presentation standards. This role requires strong culinary fundamentals, efficiency in a fast-paced environment, and pride in producing food that reflects both craftsmanship and consistency. As a Line Cook at The Hub, you’ll take ownership of your station—setting up, stocking, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace each shift. You’ll monitor ingredient freshness, follow proper storage and rotation procedures, and adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Success in this role means managing multiple orders with accuracy and speed while communicating clearly with the kitchen team to ensure dishes are delivered on time and to standard. About The Hub The Hub is a speakeasy-style restaurant/bar in Craig, MT, with a rotating, destination-inspired menu. The dining experience focuses on themed dinners inspired by fly-fishing destinations around the world. The space is intimate with limited reservations each night and operates seven days a week from 5pm–10pm. Qualifications Willingness to share credit, work with others in a team environment, and define success collectively rather than individually Ability to take the initiative, embrace change, and learn new things Drive to be dependable, and to perform well against the expectations of the role. 1–4 years of experience as a line cook, prep cook, or restaurant cook preferred. Strong knowledge of cooking methods, food safety, and recipe execution. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
