Bookkeeper Full Charge - with attention to detail (Fall River) Full Charge Bookkeeper Full Time (On-site only-No remote workers) Qualifications: Five or more years of bookkeeping and accounting experience Associate's degree in accounting and relevant business courses A strong skill set with personal computers is mandatory, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software. Responsibilities: Process daily billing, receipts, credit applications, and resolve billing disputes Enter accounts payable invoices Process check runs Enter credit card charges into the accounting system Monitor accounts Immediate opening – looking for candidates available to start within 1–2 weeks. Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of Apollo Safety. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting monthly close activities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable - Maintain and reconcile the general ledger - Perform bank and credit card reconciliations - Process payroll and related entries - Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) - Support the month-end close - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Qualifications: - 3–7+ years bookkeeping experience - Strong QuickBooks experience (required) - Strong Excel skills - High attention to detail and ability to work independently Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 based on experience Full-time, on-site Apply today for immediate consideration.
