We’re Hiring: Full Charge Bookkeeper – Join Our Growing Team at The Revenue Place!
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary Range: $52,000 – $100,000 per year

At The Revenue Place, we’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper with client contact experience to support our clients and internal team. You’ll play a key role in making sure our clients’ books are accurate, organized, and aligned with financial best practices. What You’ll Do:
· Key Responsibilities:
· Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with precision
· Perform monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts
· Maintain and update general ledger accounts; post accurate journal entries
· Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and balance sheet reviews
· Work directly with our accounting team to support tax prep and filings
· Ensure financial records comply with GAAP and internal standards
· Prioritize multiple client accounts and meet project deadlines
What You Bring:
· Minimum Associate’s Degree in Accounting (or related field) preferred
· 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
· Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Microsoft Excel/Office
· Familiarity with GAAP principles and financial reporting
· Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and communicate professionally
· QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification a plus
· Industry experience in retail, restaurants, or service-based businesses is a bonus
Bonus Points If You:
· Have worked in a CPA or bookkeeping firm supporting multiple clients
· Are comfortable explaining financial reports to clients
· Enjoy troubleshooting reconciliations and diving into the details
