FULL-CHARGE BOOKKEEPER – DIRECT MAIL INDUSTRY

A well-established Direct Mail company is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience in the Direct Mail industry and a strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience in the Direct Mail industry
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Ability to analyze financial data and support budget preparation

• Prepare and process customer invoices and supplier payables
• Manage accounts receivable, aging statements, and account balances
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare bi-weekly timecard payroll
• Record general ledger (GL) entries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist in preparing financial data for budgeting and forecasting
