ABOUT US:
RIZM was founded on the belief that a future where humanity matches its climate goals is fundamentally more desirable and exciting than one where we are not. We also believe that industrial companies will transform their energy supply if there is a way to do so while staying competitive.
We decarbonize the industrial sector while keeping it competitive. Our Software enables companies like BMW Group, Volkswagen or Schaeffler to bring their energy infrastructure, energy sourcing, and production into rhythm with the new, volatile energy world.

Application Process
Everyone loves a straightforward process. That’s why we’ve broken our approach into three steps, each allowing you to contact us with any questions or concerns with one of our Founders.
THIS IS WHAT THE INDIVIDUAL STEPS LOOK LIKE:
Expanding access to Software that enables companies to benefit from the new energy world is a critical step in realizing our long-term plan of saving the industrial sector and our planet.
While we hope that one day, every industrial company will base its energy decisions and supply on smart algorithms, realizing this future still requires a lot of selling.
RIZM is looking for an energetic and experienced salesperson to help win over leading industrial companies, their energy- and procurement teams for our mission. As Sales Manager at RIZM, you’ll work closely with the founding team to refine and expand our sales processes. Drawing on insights from our initial product-market fit, you will enhance our outreach and introduce new, creative methods for contacting and selling to potential buyers.
In this role, you act as a hands-on representative, defining and implementing sales strategies that align with RIZMs strategic goals. Your efforts will contribute to defining our GTM strategy and success.
