EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in payroll administration or a similar role is required.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books, Sage, or similar platforms is essential.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Experience with bank reconciliation and account analysis is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks as needed to support financial operations.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Collaborate with the controller to manage employee benefits and deductions related to payroll.
