About us:
SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact confidently with one another.
By building the future of identity verification in the United States and reinventing the currently clunky, ineffective, and expensive process, we believe strongly that the future will be 10x better.
We’ve had tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Already our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, beginning with financial services. In 2021, we raised a $70M Series B round, led by Craft Ventures to rapidly scale our best in class products. We’ve earned coverage and awards from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list consecutively since 2023. Last but not least, we’ve even been a part of history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

SentiLink is looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter, with strong technical and non-technical experience, to join our team and help scale the company by hiring exceptional talent across a variety of functions—including engineering, data science, product, and other high-impact roles.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers across departments to drive end-to-end recruiting efforts. You’ll bring a strategic mindset, an eye for identifying top talent, and a hands-on approach to sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates—particularly in competitive technical markets.
This is a remote, U.S.-based position.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers across functions to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and build efficient recruiting strategies
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles including technical (engineering, data science, product) and non-technical teams
  • Source and engage diverse, high-caliber candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, and your personal network
  • Conduct behavioral interviews and support technical interviews to assess both functional fit and alignment with startup culture
  • Ensure a thoughtful, well-communicated candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptance
  • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring teams on interview best practices, tools, and process improvements
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of SentiLink’s recruiting programs, tools, and employer brand

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth startup or tech environment
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical roles, including software engineering, data science, and product
  • Comfort using an ATS and sourcing tools—ideally Ashby, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions through data, insights, and market context
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and a passion for building values-aligned teams
  • Willingness to travel ~6 times per year for company meetups, off-sites, and relevant events
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the country

Salary Range:

  • $130,000/annually - $160,000/annually + equity + benefits
