Learn more about our team HERE: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Full-Cycle Recruiter to support the end-to-end hiring process across multiple functions. This role will partner with the Head of Recruiting and hiring managers to develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and deliver excellent candidate experiences through the hiring lifecycle. You will play a critical role in shaping our team by bringing in top talent aligned with our mission, values, and growth goals. Compensation and Benefit Information: Salary: $70,000 - $78,000 Bonus opportunities based on performance Comprehensive healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision) 401(k) with company match after 1 year Tenured paid time off Flexible spending account options Yearly CEU Reimbursement Company-paid life insurance coverage Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strategy & Partnership Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term talent needs. Provide market insights, pipeline updates, and data-driven insights/recommendations to stakeholders. Sourcing & Outreach Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, etc.). Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Candidate Management Manage the full candidate journey, from initial screen through offer. Conduct phone screens and assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and transparency. Process Execution Coordinate interviews, ensure consistency in evaluation, and guide hiring teams on best practices. Track progress using ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate data and compliance. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, healthcare experience highly preferred. Strong track record of filling roles across multiple levels and functions. Skilled in sourcing, pipeline management, and leveraging ATS systems. (Greenhouse preferred) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple searches simultaneously.
