About the Position As a Full-Cycle Sales Director, you will develop and execute sales strategies targeted toward club directors, recruiting coordinators, and coaches. By owning the full-cycle sales process, you will build a pipeline of qualified opportunities and close B2B SaaS new business. You will achieve monthly and quarterly quotas, both individually and as part of a collaborative sales team. If you read this, write the words 'coffee cup' in your cover letter. We are seeking a highly self-motivated individual with natural leadership abilities and a passion for sales. Responsibilities: Owning the entire sales process: initial outreach, product demo, negotiation, close Developing strategic business partnerships with club directors Understanding our user’s needs and communicating our value effectively Representing SportsRecruits at national tournaments and conventions Executing tactical work including product demos and managing internal processes through our tech stack Qualifications: Bachelor degree required 2-5 years of sales or business development experience Proven experience with the sales process Strong experience with sales software and CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoom Phone, etc) Solid analytical thinker with excellent communication skills Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities Enthusiasm for sports and the recruiting process Collegiate athletics experience preferred About SportsRecruits SportsRecruits is the leading sports recruiting network, connecting athletes, clubs, events, and college coaches throughout the recruiting process. Responsibilities
The Full-Cycle Sales Director will own the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing deals. They will develop strategic partnerships and represent the company at national events.
