ABOUT THE ROLE

We are evolving our sales team and seeking proactive, driven Full-Cycle Sales Representatives to own the entire sales process—from initial outreach to closing the deal.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging new prospects via outbound efforts, reactivating warm leads, responding to inbound enquiries, and nurturing leads through to close. You’ll have the opportunity to run demos, manage your pipeline, and directly impact revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify, target, and engage new potential customers through cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Lead Re-engagement: Follow up with previously engaged prospects from events, campaigns, and content downloads to re-spark interest and drive new conversations
  • Inbound Lead Management: Qualify and convert inbound enquiries into booked meetings and sales opportunities
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demos tailored to the prospect’s needs, addressing key pain points and use cases
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities and deal progress in our CRM. Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless handoff and a consistent customer experience
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and coaching, and proactively contribute feedback to improve sales playbooks, messaging, and processes
