POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting qualified candidates to meet our organization’s staffing needs. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating with candidates across various channels. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture, ensuring a seamless and effective recruitment process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably with remote recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates remotely.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple open positions, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to assess candidates’ fit for various roles.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience recruiting for diverse roles across multiple industries.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., BambooHR, Greenhouse, Workday).
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruiting needs while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality.
Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific hiring needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Offer Negotiation: Lead the offer process, including salary discussions and benefits negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s values, culture, and mission to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators to leadership.
