Descripción de la empresa Location: Bogotá, Colombia Modalidad: Híbrida Descripción del empleo El Industry Insights actúa como un socio estratégico de insights, impulsando el thought leadership y entregando análisis de alto impacto para stakeholders internos y clientes en industrias de FMCG. Este rol combina experiencia analítica avanzada con responsabilidades de cara al cliente, liderazgo en el desarrollo de insights e innovación mediante la optimización de procesos impulsados por IA. El Senior Analyst también mentoriza a miembros junior del equipo y apoya iniciativas internas para asegurar la excelencia en todo el COE. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership & Thought Leadership Servir como un asesor de confianza, entregando insights estratégicos que influyen en las decisiones del cliente. Impulsar entregables de thought leadership e integrar soluciones NIQ con QBO para proporcionar recomendaciones holísticas. Ser sensible a los posibles entregables de issues de negocio y asegurar la alineación con las prioridades del cliente. Client Engagement Desarrollar y liderar actividades de interacción con el cliente, presentando insights y recomendaciones accionables. Colaborar directamente con los clientes para entender desafíos de negocio y definir enfoques analíticos. Identificar y escalar leads para desarrollo por parte del Account Director (AD). Insight Development & Delivery Ser dueño de proyectos de Business Issue Analysis (BIA) de principio a fin, desde la definición del alcance hasta la entrega. Construir narrativas convincentes y relevantes para el negocio utilizando NIQ Discover y otras herramientas. Asegurar que los insights estén alineados con los objetivos del cliente y se entreguen con claridad e impacto. Mentorship & Internal Initiatives Mentorizar posiciones junior, fomentando el desarrollo de habilidades y estándares de calidad. Apoyar iniciativas internas para optimizar el flujo operativo y mejorar el engagement del equipo. Innovation & AI Integration Liderar iniciativas de IA para automatizar encabezados y optimizar procesos del COE. Explorar e implementar soluciones impulsadas por IA para mejorar la eficiencia y la entrega de insights. Requisitos Requisitos Ingles avanzado (oral y escrito -B2 o C1) (Obligatorio) Mínimo 2 a 5 años de experiencia en: market research, data insights, data analysis, trade marketing, category management o en empresas de FMCG, CPG, retail o de investigación de mercados. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de pensamiento estratégico. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación (nivel de inglés B2-C1). Capacidad comprobada para gestionar relaciones con clientes e influir en la toma de decisiones. Experiencia liderando proyectos y mentorando a miembros junior del equipo. Dominio de PowerPoint y NIQ Discover; habilidades básicas de Excel. El conocimiento de datos y sistemas de NielsenIQ y/o GfK es una ventaja.
