JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone above all with self-confidence and excellent customer service and sales skills combined with an ability to work effectively in a team in a fully computerised environment to help maximise our business.
A full time position may be available for someone who can work flexible hours in our multi-award winning beauty salon and day spa in Horsham town centre and cover other branches within our group.
This position would suit someone who has worked in a beauty salon, on a skincare counter, in hospitality or the airline industries and has recent retail sales experience. You must be able to demonstrate at least 5 years of recent customer care experience. We need an excellent team player, willing to learn, able to keep calm under pressure, whilst able to perform on your own initiative too.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Management of our treatment booking and appointment system; answering the telephone and emails; meeting and greeting clients, ensuring their visit to us exceeds their expectations. Maximising the business.
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES:- Self-confidence in abundance with a happy disposition. A team player. Responsible and dependable; Hard working and honest; Enjoys meeting clients and has high personal standards; Effective communicator. Must be willing to put the customer first and ensure they receive excellent client care every visit.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES - include helping to grow the business in all areas by helping our teams to meet and exceed their financial targets. Keeping the reception area clean and sparkling and helping with promotional activities and displays.
