Description

Mountain Health and Performance is an athletically oriented family practice that has been serving the North Vancouver community for over 30 years. The clinic is in the up-and-coming Lynn Creek neighborhood and is very accessible due to it’s proximity to the Second Narrows Bridge/Highway 1 and is walkable to North Vancouver’s largest bus exchange.
Specializing in MSK, orthopedic and sports injuries, our team prides itself on providing 5-star care to patients from all over the Lower Mainland. Our newly renovated, 2023-2025 Consumer Choice Award winning clinic is looking to add a new or experienced massage therapist on a full or part-time basis. The clinic features an on-site gym, open and private treatment rooms, and an abundance of free parking available to practitioners and patients.
Compensation is competitive with percent split and monthly rent options available.
Mountain Health and Performance offers:
- An electric massage table in a fully furnished and newly renovated clinic space
- Marketing and service promotion
- In-clinic laundry and linens
- Administration support (reception, booking, invoicing, personal and direct billing, etc.)
- Online booking and charting with web-based Janeapp program
- Team appreciation events
- 3-6 shifts available per week
- The opportunity to establish yourself in a rapidly growing neighborhood
- Structured mentorship opportunities with our chiropractors for new graduates to support personal growth and development (orthopedics, rehab, etc.).
- Collaboration with an experienced and supportive team dedicated to your success and growth
Financial incentives considered for joining. Mountain Health and Performance also provides a transparent reward structure for its team members to financially further their career based on several tenets such as work experience, clinic promotion, and responsibilities/shifts assumed.
The ideal candidate is:
- Outgoing, positive, and excited to join a friendly and welcoming multidisciplinary team.
- Self-driven and motivated to grow their practice.
- Excellent in communicating with fellow practitioners and patients.
- Thrives in a team environment and has a strong desire to integrate with our team and engage in collaborative care.
- Positive, professional, and patient-centered approach to care.
- Driven to engage with North Vancouver community partners through talks, sport coverage opportunities, etc.
- Knowledgeable and confident with several massage techniques.
- Interested in MSK, orthopedics, and sport injury care.
- Wanting to work in North Vancouver and sees it as a long-term place to work and/or live.
Candidates must be in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Practitioners of BC (CCHPBC), obtain an up-to-date criminal record check and have valid professional liability insurance.
