• Perform refraction and provide glasses prescription for patients
• Need to operate ophthalmic diagnostic and investigation equipments. Training will be provided
• Assist doctor during clinic operations and during patient consultation
• Assist Clinic Manager in administrative tasks in submission and logistic flow
• Pre-operation, post-operation counselling and financial counselling for patients
• Front counter duties – registration, preparation of drugs and dispensing of medicine, collection of payment and appointment fixing
• Educate patients on vision status, high quality vision eye care and usage of various optical aids
• Handle the patient enquiries
• Maintain good condition of equipment
• Maintain accurate medical files for all patients

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/ Degree in Optometry
• Fully registered with the Singapore Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB).
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferred
• 5.5 days work week
• Work location: Novena
• Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday), 9 am to 1pm pm (Saturday)
