Role Overview Join our client's team as a Sales Representative specialising in Inside Sales. You will play a pivotal role in converting warm inbound leads into satisfied customers, while also proactively sourcing new opportunities to drive growth and success. Responsibilities: Take warm inbound meetings booked by our India-based team (3–6 per day) and convert them to signed customers Self-source additional meetings to supplement the inbound pipeline and hit your targets Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close, typically 2–3 phone-based touch points Communicate clearly and confidently with busy business owners no fluff, no wasted time Keep CRM records accurate and up to date your pipeline is your business Proven full-cycle sales experience. You have owned a deal from first call to signed contract Clear, concise communicator, you know how to earn 5 minutes with a business owner and make them count Persistently polite, follow up without being pushy, and handle objections without losing composure.
