OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious (Full Scope) Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and rigging, with the ability to operate various types of tower cranes. This role requires excellent communication skills and mechanical knowledge to ensure efficient operations while maintaining high safety standards. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, as they enhance customer service interactions on job sites.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Crane Operator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to crane operations and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with rigging techniques and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Valid crane operator certification or license is preferred; relevant training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Operate cranes and boom trucks to lift, move, and position materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct pre-operation inspections of cranes and rigging equipment to ensure safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with ground crew members to coordinate lifting operations and communicate effectively during tasks.
  • Utilize rigging techniques to secure loads properly before lifting.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on construction sites.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
