  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
  • 4+ years’ HR generalist experience , ideally in construction or engineering.
  • Strong understanding of foreign worker management and MOM regulations .
  • Hands-on, versatile, and proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
