• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in developing enterprise-grade customer service chatbots is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

THE ROLE

Join our Efficiency Team as a Full Stack AI Developer, where you’ll be at the forefront of transforming business processes through innovative AI solutions. In this role, you’ll develop comprehensive AI applications that enhance operational efficiency across our organization. You’ll work together with our Business Process Analyst and Automation Engineer to create seamless, integrated systems that drive productivity and innovation. Experience in building enterprise-grade customer service chatbots is a plus but not required.
