JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with over 2 years of experience in both back-end and front-end development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java/Spring Boot for backend development and have a strong command of front-end technologies, such as React. You will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our web applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java for backend development.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java / Spring Boot for the backend.
• Implement and enhance front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as Framework React etc.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate user requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
