QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: Proven experience in full-stack development, whether through professional work, personal projects, or academic coursework.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with a modern front-end framework like React.
• Required proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Soft Skills:

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a versatile and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our small, but mighty, development team. This is a unique opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level professional to work on a variety of projects, from our internal AI platforms to bespoke solutions for our clients. You’ll be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, contributing to both the front-end user experience and the back-end infrastructure. This position is perfect for someone who is a quick learner, comfortable with taking on a high level of responsibility, and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment. You will report directly to the Development Manager and will be supported by a small team of developers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full Stack Development: Build and maintain both the front-end and back-end of our internal projects and client-facing applications.
• Front-End Development: Create and optimize user interfaces using modern web technologies. You’ll work on everything from interactive dashboards for clients to web applications that make complex AI concepts easy to understand and use.
• Back-End Development: Design and implement robust server-side logic and APIs that connect our applications to databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• AI Integration: Integrate existing AI models into all applications and work with the team on training new models when necessary. Your work will directly enable users to interact with and benefit from our proprietary AI solutions.
• Security: Implement security best practices to ensure the integrity and safety of our applications and data. Experience with secure coding practices, authentication, and authorization is a plus.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to translate project requirements into technical solutions. A willingness to work closely within a team is a must.
• Deployment & Operations: Participate in the deployment and maintenance of applications, including working with cloud infrastructure on AWS.
