Description

Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, Maven, WebLogic, and React. Integrate applications with AWS services, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Participate actively in SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Define and promote best practices for performance optimisation and cloud architecture. Performance optimisation and cost-efficient cloud architecture design. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Java 8, Spring Boot, Maven, WebLogic, and React. Strong foundation in Core Java and Agile methodologies. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Skilled in analytical thinking, data gathering, and diagnosing complex system configurations. Effective communication and facilitation skills. Familiarity with ITIL practices (preferably V3). Willingness to work in a shadow or shift mode as required.
