AnaVation is looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack developer to support a mission critical system and help lead initiatives related to a custom web application. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle for software development and the application in production. Includes the technical analysis of requirements, development of the software, automated testing, builds, deployment, monitoring, and feedback.

• Work in conjunction with other government and contractor staff to assist in all facets of development and O&M for the application.
• Provide support which will include, but is not limited to, the gathering, analysis, and development of enhancement specifications/requirements provided by the system owner.
• Assist in supporting all aspects of the project to include all phases of life cycle development.

Note: Position is hybrid, however at the government discretion can change to onsite.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline.
• 8 years of experience with programming and software development in multiple layers in the software stack (UI, web or micro services, database, search).
• Experience building cloud-first solutions using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and JPA.
• Experience with leading or advanced programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications while maintaining 24/7 availability.
• Experience developing in a cloud environment
• Strong proficiency in Angular (version 13 and up) for front-end development.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc.).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application development and orchestration.
• Strong understanding of Git for version control and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
• Experience in writing unit tests and integration tests for both front-end and back-end components.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Active TS Clearance.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with NEST-JS
