FULL STACK DEVELOPER (BACKEND)

Notes:
o The hiring manager and their team take care of the Document Management Platform, and this is a shared services team. The team develops services and API used by various other groups internally and front facing groups/customers.
o The hiring manager is looking for a Full Stack Java Developer, they need to be heavily involved in Backend and little bit in the front end also.
o Backend Exp – 80%, Front End 20%.
o Must haves: JAVA, Springboot, AWS, TypeScript, RDBMS and NoSQL databases,
o 5-10 + years of experience required with a bachelor’s degree.
o Onsite 3 days a week for now and 4 days from office in the coming future.
o This position will be converted to FTE after 6 months, a contract to hire role, please submit candidates accordingly.
Interview Process:
o 1st Round- Offline Assessment - 45-60 minutes – Test will be sent to the candidate directly over their email address and will be going in the 2nd round if they clear the 1st round.
o 2nd Round - Onsite Interview – With Hiring Manager and the team

What we’re looking for The main responsibility of the lead / senior software engineer is to design, build and implement scalable solutions to bring TFS platforms to life and ensure they are well managed. The lead / senior software engineer is tasked with working with product owners to understand business requirements, working with architecture to clearly understand architectural direction; work with the platform lead engineer to design innovative solutions and producing comprehensive functional/technical code for platforms and applications. Proficiency in Cloud platform configuration and customization, and Real time streaming platform development is essential. Candidates with a solid background in building reusable frameworks that support platform engineering teams or platform tooling will be highly regarded.   
What you’ll be doing o Lead technology projects with support from a team of full stack developers to create solutions for integration platforms that help meet needs for the company
o Utilize programming languages like JavaScript, Java, Springboot, TypeScript, RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services

o Build, deploy, support microservices. Build technical documentation. Collaborate with other teams.

• Requirements:

Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills o Expertise in software engineering with at least some experience in designing and implementing modern 12 factor, cloud native business technology solutions.
o Practical knowledge of cloud platforms including leveraging AWS services.
o Solid technical foundation with relevant experience in Java, Springboot, NodeJS, Real time streaming architectures, microservices architecture and serverless architecture patterns
o Deep understanding of Spring boot or NodeJS internals; understanding of dependency management and testing options; clear understanding of distributed tracing standards, resiliency and scalability patterns
o Understanding of development of secure APIs
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Added bonus if you have (Preferred): o Experience with operating API or middleware platform for enterprise use.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80.88 per hour
