Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support our client. This is an Onsite role. Work will be performed in Brooklyn, NY or potentially at an alternate New York City location.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The business objectives of the CurRent NYC initiative involve an application that would provide all landlords doing business with HRA with improved customer service, including self-service, facilitate electronic payment of rent, and make payments to landlords accurately across all programs and tenants (the “golden” record concept). The system in production facilitates CityFHEPS application submission, processing, and eligibility determinations, tracks CityFHEPS landlord and property records, and allows landlords to create an online account and perform functions that include submitting updated information, seeing limited payment history, and enrolling in electronic payments. There is a significant enhancement necessary to bring about the envisioned process improvements and to comprehensively address the original project objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Minimum 4 Years Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript: Angular, .Net, and SQL
• Minimum 4 Years Experience with UI/UX design, Responsive design and Authentication/Authorization
• Minimum 4 Years Experience in API and Mobile App development, DevOps and Deployment
• Minimum 4 Years Experience with Azure, AWS, Version Control, Git/GitHub/GitLab and ADO
  EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree
  SALARY: $105,000 - $140,000, Dependent on Experienc

• Develop system design, documentation and perform system coding.
• Create and build specifications for databases, and software configurations by providing data access and permissions for different users.
• Perform coding and unit testing of all functionalities and workflows related to City portal and Landlord portal to ensure it meets all functional requirements.
• Develop structured diagrams for the specifications of databases, communication systems, computer or storage area networks, and security or network programs which will help in building golden records and maintaining landlord records.
• Design and maintain SSIS Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and SQL statements within the Microsoft SQL Server environment for better data accessibility. This will help in pulling data from multiple tables and report generation.
• Generate complex customized reports using the Microsoft SSRS reporting tool to help us keep a track of existing applications, Pending claims reports, etc.
• Develop nightly batch processes, including ETL processes, and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports from the golden records to keep a track of new and ongoing requests.
