As a lead Full Stack Developer at Booz Allen, you’ll oversee a team as they learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You Have: 3+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods 2+ years of experience with programming languages, including Python, React, and JavaScript Experience with object-oriented programming, RESTful APIs, and microservices Experience with Docker TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with DevOps tools, including GitHub Experience with CI/CD Experience with Agile methodology, software engineering, product management, and software products Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications Experience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions Experience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team environment Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
