• Lead and contribute to solution design aligned with composable architecture and microsite principles
• Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core, React, and SQL Server
• Implement event-driven systems using Azure Service Bus and Functions
• Apply engineering patterns such as CQRS, DDD, and dependency injection
• Experience integrating and managing Identity Providers (IDPs), with preference for Okta
• Familiarity with authentication flows, token management, and secure API access
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and bring clarity to initiative design
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure provisioning (Terraform preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• 8+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in .NET technologies
• Experience in financial services or insurance domain is a plus
