QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, equivalent experience, or proven track record as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in ReactJS (frontend) and NestJS (backend).
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of API development and integration.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to work on high-priority projects for our clients and help evolve our AI Voice Agent Platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using ReactJS.
• Design and implement back-end systems using NestJS.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to align design and development goals.
• Work with MongoDB as the primary database.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications across the stack.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and development best practices.
