Our Development Team is growing, and we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives in end-to-end ownership. From first conversation to final deployment, you’ll be the driving force behind full-cycle development projects—designing solutions that are thoughtful, scalable, and client-focused.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We’re looking for someone who is both technically skilled and professionally polished—confident managing their own time and communicating effectively with C-level clients.

• Proven experience with minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle application development
• Solid understanding of SAML and secure authentication protocols
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with C-suite stakeholders
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently to meet deadlines
• Experience with accounting systems, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics LS, or FoxPro considered an asset
• Comfortable working with or maintaining legacy codebases is an asset
• Post-secondary education in a technical field is an asset

Proficiency in:

• C#, .NET, .NET Core
• HTML, JavaScript
• MS SQL or other relational databases
• API integrations (JSON, XML, etc.)

Experience with:

• Visual Studio, SSMS, Postman
• SharePoint and Power Apps

• Leading full-cycle development projects from needs analysis through post-launch support
• Conducting client interviews and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Creating prototypes, designing system architecture, and developing robust applications
• Deploying projects into production and supporting clients post-implementation
• Collaborating with other developers as needed and contributing to technical solutions
• Providing technical support related to our products and client implementations
• Creating training environments and documentation as part of client onboarding
