Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React, Node.js, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and Google Cloud to take ownership of building our custom CRM, CSM, and client portal systems.
You’ll work closely with our in-house designer (who handles the UI polish), while you focus on building the architecture, automations, modules, and integrations that make everything run smoothly.
This role is ideal for a developer who wants ownership of a ground-up build, solving real business problems, and creating a system that scales.

Responsibilities

• Build a custom CRM and CSM platform from scratch using React (Next.js), Node.js (Express), and PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Develop client dashboards and portals that allow customers to monitor campaigns, analytics, and reporting in real time
• Create automation modules and workflow logic to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
• Integrate external APIs (Spotify API, Google Ads, social platforms, payment systems, etc.)
• Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (App Engine, Cloud SQL, IAM)
• Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless user experience and scalability
• Maintain code quality, testing, version control (GitHub), and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 4+ years full stack development experience (React + Node.js)
• Strong database design experience (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
• Experience deploying on GCP (not AWS)
• Comfortable with Vercel for frontend deployment
• API design and third-party integrations experience
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently

Nice-to-Have

• Experience building CRM, CSM, or SaaS platforms
• Interest in music, media, or entertainment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
