Job Description We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build agent-facing desktop applications and backend services for contact center operations. This role involves developing real-time call handling interfaces, integrating voice authentication and fraud detection systems, and building scalable cloud-native applications on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, modern frontend frameworks (preferably React), and cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities Develop agent desktop interfaces for call handling, workflows, and real-time interactions Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python Integrate applications with contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect Design and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB) Optimize performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/logging (CloudWatch, Splunk) Collaborate with cross-functional teams for development and deployment Ensure secure coding practices and high-quality, testable code Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Python and backend development Proficiency in React (preferred) and modern frontend technologies Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems (SNS, SQS) Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB, API Gateway) Understanding of telephony concepts (SIP, call flows) Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code Strong understanding of security best practices Good problem-solving and communication skills We offer: Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.
