7–10 years of experience in full-stack development, ideally across JavaScript (React/Next.js), Node.js, and exposure to backend systems with TypeScript and Python (ML).
Proven experience in end-to-end product development — not just writing code but owning the product, prioritizing features, and understanding the intersection of tech and user needs.
Strong CI/CD experience and ability to review and write production-level code; should be proactive in improving code quality and development pipelines.
Comfortable in product-oriented environments, making decisions on feature prioritization and collaborating closely with PMs, designers, and clinicians.
Has experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or mission-driven tech projects—especially those focused on accessibility, AI, or human-in-the-loop systems.
Skilled with infrastructure and DevOps: AWS (EC2, S3, ELB, Route 53), Docker, Linux, GitHub workflows, SSL cert management, etc.
Solid database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with networking, hosting, and scalable architectures.
Bonus if experienced with mobile (React Native, Flutter, Kotlin MPP) and understanding of static typing, error handling, and working in security-compliant environments (HIPAA, etc.).

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
