Your responsibilities with us:

- Full-stack development from A to Z: You will develop in our product team using Java, Spring, and React. You will design new product features and ensure that existing components are even better.

- Agile product development: In our agile team, we work according to the Product Operating Model (POM). You will contribute your own ideas and actively shape our development process.

- Exciting integrations: You will work on interfaces and services that reliably connect our applications with external systems.

- Teamwork: We work closely together, support each other, and celebrate successes together as a team.

Job requirements:

- You have at least two years of professional development experience and are familiar with our tech stack (Java, Spring, React).

- You have already gained experience in larger software projects – ideally in an agile or POM environment.

- You enjoy working in a team, sharing your knowledge, and seeking feedback.

- You see AI as a support rather than a competitor and ideally already have some initial development experience with AI.

- We use informal language and speak German. Ideally, you are also comfortable speaking and writing English.
