Additionally, the developer will provide technical support and documentation, participate in code reviews, and stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend improvements. S/He is expected to deliver robust, user-friendly, and efficient web solutions that align with clients' standards and project goals. Detailed Tasks/Expected Output 1. Develop scalable and robust cloud-native solutions. Ensure the architecture aligns with best practices for cloud-native applications, including microservices, containerization, and serverless computing. 2. Develop front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks and technologies. Implement APIs and integrate with third-party services as required. Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews. 3. Set up and configure cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices to automate deployment and scaling. 4. Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes. Ensure seamless integration and delivery of new features and updates. 5. Implement security best practices to protect data and applications. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 6. Monitor and optimize the performance of the application and infrastructure. Implement caching, load balancing, and other techniques to enhance performance and reliability. 7. Prepare comprehensive documentation for the developed solutions, including architecture diagrams, code comments, and user guides. Provide training and support to the development team and stakeholders. 💼How can you contribute to the team? Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience) • The candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree would be advantageous. The candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience in full stack development, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native design and architecture. • The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions that meet project requirements and industry standards. Essential skills and experience include: • Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design. • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. • Expertise in back-end development using languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including services like Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing. • Strong understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL. • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional experience that would be advantageous: • Demonstrated knowledge and working experience in Swift infrastructure, network architecture, and operational processes, particularly in the context of SWIFT Customer Security Programme (CSP). • Experience with agile development methodologies. Reporting and Coordination • For the provision of staff augmentation services, the Agency Personnel will take instructions from the Manager at the Information Technology Department at clients and work closely with the project team, internal and external stakeholders. • The Agency Personnel will provide any other services as required by the team and clients ITD supervisor or user unit. Work Arrangement • Hybrid, requiring employees to report onsite three times a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory. • Work Schedule is from 8:00AM – 5:00PM Manila Time.
