At Frenda, we build a cloud-based dental platform that is used in 1,000+ clinics by 8,000+ active users in Sweden. We develop business-critical systems in a regulated and complex domain where stability, performance and user experience are not wishes, but requirements.

We are now looking for a senior full-stack developer who wants to take deep technical ownership and help shape how we build and scale forward.

🧠 About the role

You're not here to just solve tickets. You take ownership of features all the way from idea to production, drive technical decisions, and be an active voice in how we build the product.

Among other things, you will:

• Design and implement robust full-stack solutions in C#, .NET, Next.js, and SQL
• Translate complex product requirements and user needs into well-structured, scalable solutions
• Build and improve user flows in close collaboration with UX
• Be a technical mentor and point of reference for the rest of the team
• Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to how we as an organization work with technology

We have short decision-making paths and high trust in small, autonomous teams.

🧩 Your profile

We are looking for someone who has solid experience and who enjoys taking real responsibility, not just writing code, but owning the problem.

Basic

• At least 7 years of experience in full-stack development
• Deep understanding of frontend with React and/or Next.js and TypeScript
• Strong backend skills with C# and .NET
• Experience with relational databases, SQL and performance optimization
• Good understanding of system design, API architecture and RESTful principles
• Familiar with agile working methods, CI/CD and Git

Meritorious

• Experience from product companies with scaled, production-ready codebase
• Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, legaltech or similar)
• Experience in leading technical discussions
