Job Title: Founding Full-Stack Developer (Contract → Equity) — Stealth Social App
Location: Studio City / Los Angeles (Hybrid: Zoom + occasional in-person meetups)
Type: Contract / Part-time (founder-track; equity negotiable)

ABOUT THE PROJECT

I’m building an innovative social app designed to make a real-world positive impact. We’re operating in stealth, so I won’t post every detail publicly—but I have a clear product vision, early UX flows, and a focused roadmap to a clean, testable beta. I’m looking for a builder who wants their code to shine at the forefront of something meaningful and who’s down to help shape a 0→1 product as a founding member.

Ideal Experience (you don’t need all of these)

• Strong foundation in modern TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Frontend: React/Next.js (or React Native/Flutter if we go mobile-first).
• Backend: Node.js (Express/Nest), REST/GraphQL, real-time (WebSockets).
• Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL, ORMs like Prisma/TypeORM, or Firebase/Supabase experience.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/GCP/Vercel, auth (OAuth/JWT), storage (S3/Cloud Storage), CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Product sensibility: you care about clean UX, performance, and readable code.
• Bonus: experience with push notifications, maps/geolocation, content moderation, analytics/telemetry, or payments

• Collaborate directly with the founder (me) to translate product vision into a high-quality, maintainable MVP and beta.
• Own end-to-end features across the stack: auth, profiles, feeds/queries, notifications, content upload, and basic moderation.
• Help define architecture, data models, and CI/CD from day one with scalability and security in mind.
• Work in short, focused sprints: weekly Zooms; some weeks we’ll meet locally (laptops at my place or a nearby coffee shop) to chip away a few hours at a time.
• Contribute ideas—technical and product. I have a clear direction but value smart pushback and creative solutions.
• If you become a core member in bringing this to life, we’ll negotiate a fair equity package.
